For an initial discussion, no documents are required. If you decide to proceed with a service, we'll provide a checklist of relevant documents that will help us give you the most accurate guidance.
Absolutely. All information shared during consultations is kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing you with pension guidance.
Yes, you can arrange a consultation as a gift or on behalf of a family member. The person receiving the guidance will need to be present for the session and provide their own pension information.
We work with clients across the United Kingdom via video consultations. Distance is not a barrier to receiving our services.
Our typical availability is within two weeks of booking. If you have urgent planning needs, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate earlier scheduling.
